What's included in the free plan?
The free plan gives you 10 scans per month, shared across every free tool, no credit card required. That covers full page audits (complete Citerank Score and all audit sections), the Schema Generator, and the llms.txt Generator, in whatever mix you need. You'll see exactly what's blocking AI from citing your brand. Citation Tracker, AIO Position, Prompt Library, and PDF exports require a paid plan.
What does "Citation Tracker" actually do?
Citation Tracker runs your brand queries through Gemini, Perplexity, and ChatGPT simultaneously and reports which AI models mention you, your mention rate, and which competitor domains appear instead of yours. It's the only tool that shows you your AI share of voice in real time.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, no long-term commitment. Cancel anytime from your billing portal and you'll retain access through the end of your billing period. Your audit history stays in your account permanently.
What's the difference between Pro and Agency?
Pro is built for marketing teams and in-house SEOs, unlimited audits, all tools, and up to 20 monitored domains. Agency adds white-label PDF reports with your branding, unlimited client domains, separate client workspaces, webhook notifications for automated reporting, and priority support.
Do I need my own API keys?
No. Citerank runs all AI models (Gemini, Perplexity, ChatGPT) using platform-level keys, you don't need accounts with any of them. You can optionally connect your own keys in Settings if you want to use your own quotas or unlock additional providers like Claude.
How does Site Crawler work?
The Site Crawler crawls every URL on your domain (up to 100 pages on Pro, unlimited on Agency) and runs the full Citerank audit on each, schema, AI readiness, entity clarity, crawler access, and more. You get a site-wide score + per-page breakdown with a prioritized fix queue.
What does the WordPress Integration do?
The WordPress Integration lets you connect your WordPress sites directly to Citerank and deploy AI fixes without leaving the platform. One-click deploy for schema, meta tags, and title improvements. Batch deploy across hundreds of posts, generate schema with AI, see a before/after diff of every change, and monitor live health via webhook sync. Available on Agency plan.
What is the Public API and who is it for?
The Public API lets you query Citerank scores for any domain programmatically via
GET /api/v1/score?domain=example.com. Designed for agencies building white-label dashboards, developers embedding AI visibility data in client portals, and teams automating reporting workflows. Agency users get 20 API keys with unlimited daily requests. See the
